I spent hours and hours at this location and to mo avail still unable to get a refund. Finally since they couldn't refund me I asked them to unlock the phone and they said they couldn't. This is the worst phone company and the worst customer service ever.

Every time we go into the store we are treated so well. This week we went in and Dani did a outstanding job of communicating with us and then Daniel assisted some as well. Both were so respectful and considerate!! We would 10/10 recommend that store to anyone!!!
