  Went to this location during the pre-black friday sale. Got 2 of the latest consoles for myself and my long-time boyfriend for Christmas. Staff was very helpful, and I love Best buy, but they were almost too helpful. I feel like maybe you could leave customers alone, especially women, unless they ask. I know thats a big ask considering its your job, but maybe have a test question to ask and figure out if the customer really WANTS help. Treated me super weird and gave me a million options I didn't need when I said I was looking for 2 big ticket items so I think they were looking for bonuses or something. Had to fact check them on their own website to get the price I wanted, felt like it was some sort of test of my ability to notice before paying 🧐 Wanted the sale prices, so did it anyway, but every woman who plays video games knows how I felt in there with like 3 men asking me questions about my gaming preferences 😂 Thank you for doing your job and no hate, but please, be mindful of your customer's comfort levels. Will come again for the next sale anyway! Enjoying my purchases!

  It's a convenient and nice location. I mainly go if I know something is in stock, but even then their system sometimes isn't updated. There is no direct number or person if you call, so you have to go in-store if you have questions or issues.

  Best buy overall is a great store; however, I recommended training staff on the products being sold. My goal was to purchased a laptop and I asked the following questions as I compared features. What is the difference between this 1699 Laptop and 699? He replied nothing just the price difference? I replied so your telling me there is no difference at all? specs? Nope he said. Well I said just glancing the 1699.laptop keys are spaced out whereas the other is close together. He agreed so again I asked the difference in specs at which he made ZERO attempts look up and said nothing. He continued to say the 699 was on sale and he wouldn't purchase the other because it wasn't on sale. Ok great he was saving me money but knew Nothing about any of the laptop. I asked what Brand he would recommend and which he said they are pretty much the same and had no preference. Best Buy please train your staff. Yes I randomly chose a laptop to purchase but may return it.

  Found a sale listed online for the store, to purchase a laptop. Great price on purchase, however did not appreciate the constant badgering by young sales associates and had to get stern with one, who did not get the hint. Undetermined if will visit again, maybe only pickup at front with online purchase.
