The staff was very nice about everything. Helped me right away or as soon as they could. Had no issues trying to help with any processes and helping me learn about more. Had a faulty part for a PC and was very easy to exchange the part!

My love and I came into best buy looking to invest in great quality camera equipment and Jenna definitely was super helpful with all details and questions we had for her. For future purchases I will definitely be looking forward to purchasing again with Jenna for more investments.

It’s 4 in the morning I’m overseas for the navy and missing my anniversary. I order my wife a switch 2 as a gift for her to pick up on her way home from work. The website is glitching and won’t let me add her as the pick up person. I call customer service and they add a note with her name and information so she can pick it up. Doug would not look at the notes, laughed at my wife, rolled their eyes, cut her off mid conversation multiple times, walked away in the middle of her talking and LITERALLY skipped away swinging their arms to get a manager. It took a manager for my wife to get a product I paid $500 for. Should have just bought it from Amazon. Would like to see some kind of repercussions for Doug. Lord knows I would lose my pay for that behavior.
