    Bought a watch. Not inexpensive. Wanted help to set it up. It went well until the salesman tried to help 3 other people at the same time. He was very distracted. We attended a class on the watch a week ago and the instructor, Bob, recommended setting up the watch on your iPhone. The salesman wanted us to set it up using the watch. OOPS. We left, went home and set up the phone using Apple support. Don't waste your time in the Lynnhaven store.

    Fought my way through the automated system just to attempt to talk to someone in store just to ask hey do you have this product in stock...............then why do you want it? What do you want to use it for? What made you chose apple.........I just had a simple question wanted a simple answer

    Bad experience with Matt. Nuts! He was talking to me loudly and looking straight ahead. It was like he was trying to draw negative attention to us because a police officer was near. I felt like he behaved this way because we are poc. Update: Picked up my online purchase today and Avi was very kind. Thank you for your professionalism Avi.

    Awesome experience! Give David a raise. My appointment for my mac air was on time. Everyone in the store was helpful and smart. They identified the problem and handled it quickly. My computer was mailed back to my home 2 days later since we live a couple hours away. David seems to be the guy that knows it all and he was working with 3 customers at the same time moving between us all professionally and patiently while also answering questions from his other genius team. He is a treasure and hope Apple knows how wonderful he is. Calm , patient and smart!

    I want to formally report the unacceptable treatment I experienced at this I have been an Apple customer for more than 13 years, and I have never encountered such poor and disrespectful service. Earlier today, I returned to pick up my phone that I had left for repair just two hours earlier. When I arrived, the store manager, Brandon, spoke to me in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. He demanded to see my ID in order to return my own device, even though no one had requested any form of identification when I dropped off the phone. His attitude was unnecessary, rude, and made me feel singled out and disrespected. As a long-time Apple customer, I expect professionalism, consistency, and respect. The way I was treated today was completely unacceptable and far below Apple’s standards. I respectfully request that this incident be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to ensure that no customer is treated this way in the future. I also ask for clarification on Apple’s policy regarding ID requirements, since the inconsistency caused needless frustration and stress.
