- DHDudley HagenFeb 17, 20201.0I bought a laptop at Best Buy. Good deal, but after two years the keyboard is shot. It's a part, it can be replaced. But Geek Squad says, "We don't do that." So they refused to do some simple service--reason unknown. They can send the laptop to a "Service Center" and I get it back in two or three weeks! This for a repair that would take not more than 15 minutes for somebody with the tools and know-you. You can try to make your own explanation for "we don't do that." Nobody tried to explain to me. WORSE -- I made the appointment online and clearly spelled out what I need. I got a confirmation of the appointment but clearly NOBODY READS the message making the appointment. Instead I got to make a trip with zero result and bring my crippled laptop back home. "We don't do that."

They weren't the most organized but they did good work in a short amount of time. Very little hassel with my visit. The Tech was also very friendly.
