  Although every associate that I encounter was friendly, I feel as though customers are treated as though they are scammers. It's the way I'm treated as well as how I've seen how other customers are treated. Also, I was surprised to find they didn't have charging cables to use for testing open box items or factory resetting items for trade-in. I like to think the associates and management team means well and as time goes on will be prepared to service customers, learn to differentiate genuine issues vs. scams and that the job of a manager includes creative solutions to customer issues rather than saying "no" with a smile.

  DO NOT patronize Best Buy Tysons. They are dishonest and do not stand by their products and customers. I bought an expensive phone and was told that the promised rebate could be obtained in cash, not by buying anything further at Best Buy, which I do not need to do. Now, they are telling me that the only way to get the rebate is to buy something further, and they will not honor the promise made to me at the store. Totally disreputable and dishonest. Find a different place to shop.

  Had a horrible experience at this store. First, the store shelves are half empty and your only hope of finding what you’re looking for is if you happen to find it on some poorly labeled shelf in the back. We went to buy a new TV and wanted to compare Samsung to LG products. There was a sales associate who spoke to us exclusively about Samsung and when we asked about LG, she informed us that she only sold Samsung. Even as a Samsung exclusive associate, she couldn’t answer if the TV we were looking at had the One Connect system. She called over another associate who simply showed us the standard TV ports and rudely walked away when we tried to ask any other question. We left without a TV. Later that night we went to the Best Buy in Fairoaks and had a MUCH better experience. We were able to compare the TVs we were interested in and ultimately purchased an LG at the Fairoaks location. Save yourself some time and go to another location first.

  This is my second 1 star review for this location first one was 2 months ago and both reviews caused by the same person named Jenny and yes this time I asked her name to include in reviews. This lady always there to give you problems no smile face, ready to tell you what is not possible. When I see her now for me it’s instant anger on me. Anyone shopping from this shop, pay attention to this, If you see any old lady at the checkout or at the pick up, you may wanna avoid and get helped from someone else, unless you are difficult to be triggered

  I had an excellent experience at Best Buy thanks to Michelle’s exceptional assistance. I came in needing to price match a new LG UltraSharp 40” 5K2K Curved Monitor for my work office, and Michelle handled the process seamlessly and professionally. Not only did she successfully facilitate the price match, saving me a significant amount, but she also helped me place orders for multiple Ring Wired Outdoor Cameras and other items I needed. Throughout the entire experience, Michelle was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to ensure everything was processed correctly and that I understood all my purchases. Her product knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help made what could have been a complicated transaction feel effortless. It’s clear she takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Michelle is a real asset to your team, and I’ll definitely be returning to work with her again for future tech needs. Highly recommend asking for Michelle if you’re shopping at this location!
