I went there to return something first thing came out of his mouth is it my fault that the receipt is over days without explanation. I didn’t even know that they had a 14 days policy. He’s sooo rude and messed up my day. why putting someone like this on customer service?

They refused my return while phone support and mobile app saying any best buy location. In front of me there was another person who asked for price matched. Even at store it says price match guaranteed but they said we don’t do price match. They have their own rule. Same information chart which I’m sharing all store policies says price match and also indicates that I can do return for damaged tv and it don’t say that I should return it to same place. However they have their own rule which is totally different then what Best Buy has. Again avoid this store!!
