    Verizon is not to be trusted at all. I got a plan for five mobile lines for 36 months and Verizon guaranteed that this amount would be fixed for 36 months. After 18 months, they increased the home internet from about $112 to $147 per month and also increased the mobile plan bill by about $50. I called customer service several times and explained why the bill had increased and they said you were right and your payment will be reduced next month. Unfortunately, eight months have passed and I am still paying a large amount of extra money every month and no one at Verizon is accountable. Verizon is very responsible before signing the contract, but after signing the contract, they are not accountable at all and treat customers very differently. I advise everyone who wants to sign a contract with Verizon that this company, despite charging a lot, is not responsible and you should stay away from this company.

    Very Poor Customer Service – Unacceptable Experience I had an extremely disappointing experience at Verizon - Tysons Corner Center. The customer service was very poor and unprofessional. Employees were sitting in the back and completely ignoring customers waiting in the front. There was no sense of responsibility or urgency to assist people who had been waiting for a long time. Additionally, the staff appeared to be untrained and unfamiliar with Verizon’s own systems and procedures, which caused unnecessary confusion and delays. The waiting time was unreasonably long—several hours—without any clear explanation or proper queue management. This level of service is unacceptable for a company like Verizon. Customers deserve respect, attention, and knowledgeable staff. I strongly hope management takes this issue seriously and improves both staff training and customer service standards.
