  I have been a verizon customer for decades and have 7 phones on my account. I drove to the Verizon store near my summer home and ordered a new iPhone. I gave them my mom's phone number and was told it would be in the store in 2 days. My mom flew home on the second day so I stopped into the store to pick up the phone and it was not there yet. I was told they would call me when it was ready and acted like I was stupid for just showing up to get the phone. I told the sales person I would be home alone without a working phone. He repeated they would call when it arrived. I asked if they were going to give me a loaner phone because I didn’t have a working phone. He looked at me like I was stupid and said they don’t give out loaner phones and repeated they would call when my phone arrived. To add insult to injury, as I was heading towards the door the salesman stared laughing at me and proceeded to tell his co workers how stupid I was for asking for a loaner phone so I would have something to answer when they called. Needless to say, I never received a call to pick up my phone and I will never go back to that store. I had a new screen put in my iPhone 14 and I will stick with until it dies.

  This store scams old people. They sold my grandmother multiple expensive devices she didn't need, without explaining what they were for or even how much they cost.

  I just popped in that store just before i was upgrade eglable just to see my options and one of the reps ask me if the need help I said I was just weighing my options and expanded my situation that I was upgraded eglable until November of this and rep keep repeating the quote "you look you buy" and try to sell me the phone already have and I was already was problems with and told the I may come back November of this year but they want me to buy something right then and now and try to sell me on a tablet for free but I had to pay service lesson if your gonna upgrade your phone and you don't want to buy it only avoid this Verizon retailer the staff there when I was trying to upgrade my moto z just want to sell me something that I don't want or sell me something that I already have so your best option is to upgrade only I'd you can
