    You may have to wait for an associate since having limited staff. Jordan helped me and I compliment him enough. Very knowledgeable and quick to help me purchase my new phone and update it. Explain every step to me.

    Absolute worst store I’ve ever been to. Went in for a trade & went through everything with Kenzie M. Never walked out of the store with my old device. Started getting calls that I needed to return my device. Called customer service twice assured everything was fine u til I got 5 robô calls back to back. Went to the store to find after 3 weeks they still have my phone. Didn’t know who it belonged to. Then get my bill and Kenzie added services I never approved. I’m being told the $300 I paid for taxes wasn’t for taxes. She has made a huge MESS out of my acct. beware!
