    Cell phone upgrade, service well done. On Feb 2, 2026, Verizon sales representative, Katie R, treated us to professional services my wife and I have experienced in a very long time.     I made an appointment to setup my new phone and arrived 30 minutes early. Marissa welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door, as she was finishing up with another customer. I could tell she was very knowledgeable and had been in customer service for awhile based on her performance in handling the next customer as well! Only minutes went by and I was up. Marissa was AMAZING!😁 VERIZON needs to give her a promotion or at least a raise! LOL Thank you for hiring GREAT people! Sincerely a loyal customer Nicole Melton

    Marissa was absolutely wonderful! We came into the store after having a frustrating experience with customer service over the phone, where our issue wasn’t handled very well. From the moment Marissa stepped in to help us, everything changed. She was extremely knowledgeable about the process, clearly explained the next steps, and made sure we understood exactly what we needed to take care of. Throughout the entire experience, she maintained such a positive, professional, and welcoming attitude. I truly felt advocated for every step of the way, which made a huge difference. Her level of customer service was outstanding and genuinely exceeded expectations. What stood out even more was that her positivity wasn’t just directed toward us — every customer who walked into the store while we were there received the same warm, attentive treatment. Marissa truly exudes excellent customer service. If she is not already in a supervisory role, she absolutely deserves one, along with a well-earned pay raise. She is a true asset to Verizon and makes customers feel welcomed and valued the moment they walk through the door.

    You may have to wait for an associate since having limited staff. Jordan helped me and I compliment him enough. Very knowledgeable and quick to help me purchase my new phone and update it. Explain every step to me.
