Jay was extra friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed my purchase of two phone lines and fios internet. Sadly our fios install wasn’t scheduled correctly so on day of initially scheduled install, Monday, November 10, I called (and reached Verizon customer service not this store) after our anticipated install time elapsed and was told the fios order must not have been finalized so we would have to restart the internet order over from the beginning. The soonest they could install was Friday, November 14. This of course was disappointing, I spent an hour on the phone restarting my Fios internet order and install that we already spent ~2.5 hours in store ordering. Seems like a waste of time. The blessing here is the customer service representative informed me that they offered a Fios military discount as well. I haven’t been able to initiate this Fios discount, so figured I would stop by today and see if the store could help me. I walked into the store on Sunday, November 16 around 3pm. As I walked in, I gave the greeting of the day and the female working today failed to provide a greeting back, but eventually put her phone down. When I asked for help she proceeded to tell me that Verizon doesn’t offer a Fios military discount which is incorrect based on their website. Very disappointed with her customer service! Wish Jay would have been there as she was VERY friendly and helpful!
