  Put in a repair order for a laptop, paid the $200 subscription premium, waits for more than a month. Got the laptop back exactly as is. Communication is decent - but man, don't count on getting your devices fixed if you need more than geeks to take a look at it for more than 5 minutes.

  When my laptop was invaded by a scam entity and seemingly frozen, I rushed it over to the Geek Squad without the usual appointment. "Bob" fixed me up quickly. He did the same last year. I'm a senior with limited digital skills. I appreciate their patience and quick response.
