After working with Sammy, who didn’t know what he was doing, my bill went up almost $20/ mo and I had a one time charge for $23. Again, I was promised multiple times there was no charges for exchanging my equipment. I’m not sure about you but I don’t like being lied to. Stay away from Staunton Verizon. Still working with management after 2 weeks on getting my bill straight. What a waste of time and money.
