My phone went to pixels and Brandon was able to help me out and get a new iPhone Air. The whole staff was friendly and compared to other Verizon locations I've been to in Texas, they actually got my discounts I didn't even know I qualified for. Definitely coming back here again.

I had a bad experience at this store, I stopped by to open 4 lines and transferred the numbers from T-mobile. They had to order the phones which arrived 2 days later, when I came back to the store to activate them, I saw that there was a fifth line on my account, I asked the Verizon employee and he told me he added it to establish the account and that all will be removed. Now I'm being charged for $143.19 for that non-existing line, stopped by multiple times and was told the manager approved the removal of the charges and it will be reflected on my bill within 2 days. Charges were still there. I ended up chatting with someone online and they corrected the issue and removed the charges.
I was also told I was illegible for a $200 gift card, but they never added it when they setup my account. I had to chat with someone online and and they told me it was never added, but they were able to help me.
They also have a sign at the store with a QR Code that provides Federal Employees with a one-time $50 discount per line, the Verizon employee told me I could do this after the accounts have been established and redeem online, turns out this needs to be done at the time of line activation and cannot be done later, so I missed on this as I was provided bad information.
My recommendation is to shop on Verizon online instead, don't go to this store. I am very disappointed!

Kyle was great! I went into the store to purchase a Zagg screen protector only to come back the next day to ask for assistance with getting it installed. He was working the next day and graciously agreed to install the protector for me. Outstanding customer service here !!!

VERY RUDE!!!! My elder mother went in to upgrade her phone and they made her feel like she was incompetent. Do NOT go here if you are not a 'hipster' or a GEN-Z aged person. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend. She did not catch their names, otherwise i'd be writing a formal complaint. Do better, you work in customer service. We are the reason you have a job!!!!
