    We walked in couple minutes ago. The associate came to take care of us. Then after 2 min he disregards us and said the lady was there first but didn’t see her. 2 min pass and the lady was with the female associate and he just went to another customer leaving us in there.     Had a great experience with Jorge getting us set up on Verizon at a lower rate then we were previously paying. Had some issues with my new phone as well and Jorge went above and beyond to right the situation top notch customer service.

    My in person experience was 10x better than over the phone customer service. Jorge is the G.O.A.T when it comes to these cellphones. He looked for the best promotions/deals. Anything question you have he answered professionally and like an expert. I explained to him my frustration with the call center and the poor customer service I received. Not only did he speak to a Verizon rep over the phone for me but stuck by me to make sure I resolved any issues I had. This is by far the best experience I had with Verizon. Jorge will be my go to guy going forward. I travel all the way from Dumfries/Triangle to Stafford because I know this location handles their business. All the employees were very nice and work well ❤️ together. I appreciate the positive experience keep up the good work!

    If you want quick and great service ask for George. I went in needing a new phone. I was in and out in 10min walking out with a new phone. Thank you George you need a raise!!!

    Very unhappy with their customer service. I made an appointment at this location and selected 'mobile phone plan' as the option as for reason why. When I got there, there were like 6 workers and no customers in the store so they weren't busy. After I told them I was there for an appointment they asked what it was for and I said to explore phone plans with Verizon to switch and I wanted to look at newer phones to possibly switch to. The person I was speaking to told me I can't do that in person and I need to call the Verizon hotline to talk to someone. They said it all has to be done online or over the phone and they couldn't do anything in store. They seemed very annoyed I even came in and ignore me after they just told me to go do it online or over the phone. What is the point of having a store if I can't even do anything in person? Especially when picking out a new phone and having the mobile phone plans the reason for the appointment? The Verizon Call Center person I spoke to was very nice and helpful though. Just wish I didn't waste my time to go to the store.
