    If ZERO was an option... Least customer friendly manager and employees (except one scraggly tall white guy seemed somewhat sympathetic). I tried to ask for an update on an online order that had disappeared into the void- simply no updates, so stopped in to ask. Manager simply said "We don't have it in stock, I don't know why they let you place the order, I cancelled it. Call Verizon" and walked off. Called Verizon, they sent me back to the store, and had me put the manager on the phone to ask him a question or two (VERY AWKWARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE). Dude just hands me back my phone and walks off. Like no one there gave a crap the phone I ordered just vanished without any updates or cared to help me find out what happened. Just pawned me off and turned their backs. I felt dismissed and not valued as a customer.

    came to the store to verify my credit when it was my turn, a black person discriminated me and told the person who was going to attend to me to attend to other people just for having Latin features. I didn't think a store like Verizon would do something like that

    This is a Verizon Wireless store and there is nothing they can do for FiOS besides sell product. The team was dismissive and unhelpful.
