Today I stopped by the Springfield Verizon store and Chris found out what was wrong right away and fix it willingly and with a smile, even though we arrived at the store towards the end of his shift! He has impeccable manners, great attitude and a LOT of patience. He also looked in our Verizon account to see if we can have an upgrade. In addition to that he helped us use the Hulu, Disney and ESPN TV offers from Verizon. My husband and I are very pleased with his services.
