The Verizon store at Springfield Plaza has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employees completely ignore customers no one greets you or offers to help. They look at you and just talk to others instead.
When I went to return a device, the staff didn’t say anything to me, not even “please sign in.” I was standing there waiting, and even when another customer told them I was next, they ignored me and helped someone else instead. I don’t understand why this keeps happening every time I go to this location, I’m treated with no respect.
I’ve been to several other Verizon stores, and I’ve never had this kind of experience. For example, the Woodbridge location was excellent — even though it was busy, the employees were kind, respectful, and helped me quickly. That’s how customer service should be.
The Springfield Plaza store really needs better management and training. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and basic courtesy.

I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent visit to your Springfield Plaza store. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the representatives, James, was disappointing. I felt that my concerns weren’t addressed properly, and the level of assistance did not meet Verizon’s usual standards of customer service.
I would appreciate it if this feedback could be reviewed internally to ensure a better experience for future customers. Avoid going to that store and if you have to…. avoid James, very rude and unprofessional individual.

If you are not purchasing a new phone, buying other equipment or adding a service to your account to generate revenue, AVOID this store at all cost. I purchased a new phone on line and went in the store to activate and the staff was uninterested. I end up activating my phone on my own and spending 2 hours on the phone with Verizon to activate other features. I was totally disappointed. Very poor customer service. Will NEVER visit again.
