  This store is a scam. Do not shop here. They charged me $40 a phone to set everything up (on top of the Verizon charge), but they didn't tell me that until the end of the whole process (which took 2 hours). Then they charged us for phones with higher storage that cost more money but didn't tell me that during the process either. We were rushed out of the store and didn't get an option to review the sales invoice, either, before signing the invoice electronically. Plus, we can't even use our phones. Not one of the three phones is working correctly. We are taking all of them back as soon as the store opens tomorrow. I trusted the salesperson, and that was a mistake on my part. Please learn from my error and don't do business here.

  This Verizon is a scam!! They told my mom that the solution to fix her simple issue on her old phone was to get a new model, and made her buy a lot of things she didn’t need. But really they are just trying to make money off of you. Many people have said this place is scamming, they don’t want to help you they want to get your money. If you look like you don’t know a lot about phones, they tell you they will lower their rates and your bill will be lower while making you purchase an entirely new phone for a small issue. Please stay away from this area

  My daughter and I needed new Android phones. The technician was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and had patience with me.

  I had a HORRIBLE experience with this store. The manager of the store, Khwaja, was unknowlegable and dishonest. In addition, he did not explain the fees & added unlimited cloud & protection without prior approval. When issues came up with esims, he was unhelpful & gave me the run-around telling me to go to the Verizon Corporate Store or call Verizon customer service. However, when i did, both told me they were not able to help me because this was a third party independent retail store with different systems. I went to this store multiple times to return the new phone that I could not use, there were other customers who were frustrated with the employees at this store. One gentleman even shouted out saying "Don't do it lady. They will scam you!" as he was leaving the store upset. I agree with him. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Employees are unprofessional, unhelpful & untrustworthy. All they care about is taking your money. BE WARNED!!!
