All without me having to give any form of payment to this Verizon location. Without him, I would’ve been without cellular data for weeks.

They charged me $40 a phone to set everything up (on top of the Verizon charge), but they didn't tell me that until the end of the whole process (which took 2 hours). Then they charged us for phones with higher storage that cost more money but didn't tell me that during the process either. We were rushed out of the store and didn't get an option to review the sales invoice, either, before signing the invoice electronically. Plus, we can't even use our phones. Not one of the three phones is working correctly. We are taking all of them back as soon as the store opens tomorrow. I trusted the salesperson, and that was a mistake on my part. Please learn from my error and don't do business here.
