He diagnosed the problem within about 30 seconds - a shot battery. He patiently explained the options and my wife and I decided to trade in both our Samsung phones for upgrades. I got a message the following Wednesday that the new phones had arrived and were ready for setup. I returned on the following Thursday, and within about45 minutes, Doug had everything transferred from the old phone that still worked to the new phone. The phone that was shot was a bit trickier, but Doug did what he could to make the new phone functional. He was great to work with and walked me through the entire process. When he was finished he told me to contact him if we had any problems. I really trust him. He made me feel like my satisfaction was his number one priority. I would highly recommend this Verizon Wireless-Zone business, and especially Doug. He truly cares about doing it right.
