Phi [in a timely manner, without having to do research] was able to leverage my plan to get me a discount and I was able to walk out just an hour later with an IPhone 17 Pro Max. What could have been a long and stressful day was saved by this quick fix. Many thanks!

After what felt like a nightmare at the corporate store- this place was the best way to cleanse our palate of the horrible experience. Both Fee and Doug here at your neighborhood authorized Verizon store is the way to go. Super knowledgeable, honest, and reliable people. My brother who spent 5+ hours at the corporate store vowed never to go that route again. I am so glad to have been educated about what authorized stores could do. They can literally do everything the corporate stores can do. The only difference is, here, you’re not just a transaction but a customer who will actually get personalized service. Seriously felt like one of those old school neighborhood places that are trustworthy and eager to help. Special shout out to our rep Doug today for being so helpful and patient. Now our whole family can connect and finally use Verizon as our cellular service. Please DO NOT go to the corporate stores. Go and do all your transactions and purchases here. You will be so well taken care of. I will never go to the Verizon corporate stores knowing there are locations like this that will take such good care of you without the impersonal one time sale. Doug treated us like he was building a customer relationship for the long run. Excellent customer service!!

We had a great experience with him, highly recommend him! He answered our questions and very opened about it. He also speaks to my father, who is Vietnamese. And he is very good at it. Tbh better than me & my sister that were with me. Phi was very patient with my dad and spoke to him very well.
