The customer service I received today was top tier. It took a while to complete the transfer of phones and watches bc there were some promos that where being glitchy, but all the staff made the time enjoyable. Big thanks to everyone that made the transaction fun.

Tyler. Is. The. Absolute. BEST. He ordered a phone for me while filling in at a store in Ohio. But it arrived after he returned to his home store, and the local reps (and tech support) had trouble processing my trade in. I spent two weeks calling and driving back and forth for updates. Nothing. Fortunately, Tyler stepped back in and walked the team members through the solution on speakerphone in literally 30 seconds.
This kind of professionalism, competence and pride in one’s work is rare nowadays and deserves public recognition. Tyler is a true asset to your company. And because of him I will continue doing business with Verizon.

Bought a new iphone over the phone. Had it delivered to this store. Came in to pick it up and the guy starts transferring it for me. (I never asked, but will be checking to see if I was charged for that. I did not consent to it.) It was near closing time, and the guy told me to go ahead and take them both home to let them finish synching and just bring the old one back later. So I returned a few days later to drop it off. I was met by a lady who said they couldn’t take it back, that I would need to ship it back. She said she would call customer service in store and tell them “a little white lie” in order for them to send me the shipping label back. Whatever that means. Well I never received the shipping label. So I called customer service, explained the situation, and they notated my account and told me to go BACK to that store. Here I am. Back in the store. And they still won’t take it. Now I’ve been here for over an hour a few days before Christmas trying to return a phone that Verizon wants back SO badly but simply won’t take back. I understand that they aren’t a corporate store and won’t take it back. But I’d love to understand why I wasn’t told that when I initially came to pick up the new phone. I’m so over Verizon. I’m done.
