  Good afternoon, the staff at this location are very amazing in helping me purchase or upgrade. The gentleman Jovon was a rockstar. He was very polite and interested in making my upgrade go smoothly. Other two ladies were very helpful in helping him and getting needed accessories. For my upgrade to iPhone 17 pro max from 16. The store is very welcoming and bright. Such a wonderful location and service. We are new to the area and didn’t want to travel to find a Verizon store. 👌🏽👌🏽😊 Thanks again for the wonderful customer service!!!!

  611 gave incorrect instruction to return internet devices. Not the fault of this authorized dealer however, the doors were locked early, and the worker was rude when she came to the door. I have had two previous awesome experiences at this store. This time I felt like an unwelcome inconvenience.

  Derricka at the Smithfield Verizon location was absolutely fantastic! She is incredibly charming and made the entire process seamless. She had all the answers to my questions and provided expert guidance on my upgrade. If you want top-tier service with a smile, ask for her!

  Tried to tell me that what I wanted done wasn’t possible, but I went to another location who was able to do it. Refused to do what I wanted done and kept trying to upsell me new devices

  I just left this store, and Derricka and her team were amazing. They were very helpful and honest, and they went above and beyond to fix the incorrect resolution I was given by Verizon chat customer service. While chat was fast and very friendly, it felt like they told me what I wanted to hear to get a good review. It was definitely worth going into the store to get everything resolved correctly. Derricka used every interaction with me and other customers as a training opportunity for her team. She explained everything thoroughly and shared helpful tips to support the other employees. She showed incredible leadership and customer service skills. Her trainee, who has only been there for 10 days, was also lovely and eager to learn. I did not get her name, but she was very teachable and will do well in this industry. If either Derricka or her trainee ever decide they want to try the nuclear industry, I would happily help them. Lol There was also another employee in the store whose name I did not get. I did not have a lot of interaction with her, but we had a friendly conversation at the end of my visit. Overall, Wireless Zone of Smithfield has it right with this group.
