I decided on my plans and got what I needed and wanted. There's one girl in store and I can't remember her name that helped me and I feel bad not remembering her name. But she was so helpful and answered every question I asked. I will return to that store for any needs or questions. I hope this girl will be there to help. She was so professional on all my questions .
- PHPhillip HolmesNov 6, 20251.0One of the worst Verizon stores I’ve experienced. Constant network issues between multiple visits. Ordered a phone and never received a phone call it had arrived to at store. When checking if it was there for pick up was told it wasn’t delivered. For clarity phone ordered on a Thursday, it was received in store the following Monday and the phone call checking if it was there was Tuesday. Get to the store said Tuesday and they have network issues that won’t allow them to do any pick ups or trade ins. Could’ve told me that earlier when they said the phone was there. Finally again after confirmation the phone was there and made an appointment Thursday for pick up/trade in a week from the initial visit. Again issues with the OMNI system where the agent was helping a customer but their transfer was saying a 5-6 hr wait and they can’t log in twice to help with my pick up. Even though I made an appointment they sent second employee home and basically I’m out of luck getting my phone yet again. Next time I’ll make the drive to Massaponax’s location and save myself the time and aggravation of dealing with this terrible location.

They take the time to help you from start to finish and if there's a question they will do everything thing they can to find the answer. When you purchase a new phone they will show you what you need to know and help you if there's an issue. Will definitely do business with them again. !!!!!
