After a few of their back and forth conversations I grabbed my device and started walking out and told them they can continue talking about the football game. It is sad when the employees do not recognize the customers, and these were adults, not teenagers.

He gave my phone issues his undevided attention, was patient, kind, listened attentavely & cleared up all my questions. I have never been treated so kind or helped that much in all my years of owning a phone. He was very knowledgeable and promoted the new phones without being too pushy. If I wasn't retired and still a manager I would try to hire him to be on my team! This young man has tons of potential.
