- LRLauren RudderFeb 19, 20261.0I’m disappointed with my recent experience at this Verizon franchise location. I ordered a phone last Friday and received a delivery notification on Monday. I made an appointment for 5pm on Tuesday to set up my new phone, but when I arrived, I was turned away because there were no “customer pick-ups.” Instead of looking up my account using my phone number, I was told it may have been delivered to two other locations. It felt dismissive and, honestly, like the employee (Spencer) was more interested in closing up than helping resolve the issue. I called the store again on Wednesday to ask if my phone had arrived since I never received the call I was told I would get when it came in. Unfortunately, there was still no follow-up or clear communication. To make matters worse, despite the inconvenience and lack of service, I still had to pay $100 for a READY2GO package, and I was told it couldn’t be added to my Verizon account. Overall, the experience lacked communication, accountability, and customer care. I expected much better service and organization from a Verizon retailer.
