I'm so sick of being jerked around by this company for trying to PAY THE BILL...3 stores, a total of over 4 hours on calls. The guy on the plane assured me me would get the problem solved, that I wouldn't have to make any more calls, and he finally determined that I had to have access to my mother's phone, which would require a ten-hour round trip drive for me. My mom's bank, credit cards, brokerage accounts, even COX all accepted the power of attorney and were able to handle the change in billing. Time to shut down this account and move to t mobile.

Went in to buy a screen protector and was told it would be 24.38. I get home and find that I was then charged over 105 dollars from them. Avoid this place unless you like being taken advantage of.

On top of it there were five employees standing in a circle doing precious little. Customer service certainly not at its finest. We won’t be giving Verizon another chance after this nonsense.
