The store refused to exchange or return it and told us to just put it in the mail and ship it back? What in the world. Verizon is scamming people who buy new iPhones. They claim to have a return/exchange policy online but clearly their stores are not following it.

I've recently wasted many hours on the phone trying to get the booster they sent to help my phones work at my home only to get disconnected 3 times and left with crap service.
