So I went into to the store for my appointment. I waited about 45 minutes. Then finally they came and asked if someone had an appointment. I tried to tell the guy I was a little stressed and I wasn’t rude. He then began to over-talk me, and I told my issue. Very rudely he jerked the case off my airpod and threw it on the table. Went in the back for 10ish minutes came out and rudely said we don’t do replacements for lost. FYI: the website doesn’t explain what they do it just says they do replacements. He then preceded to say “deuces” when I left. All in all. My experience was 0/
5 stars. I don’t recommend geek squad for anything

3 appointments. $4,000 worth of equipment. 3 different installs. 2 of them didnt even happen. Because they didn't order all the stuff. The one that did happen, i had to drive to lynchburg to get a part they forgot. Even then, they busted my dash installing the 1 that they did install.
