Best Buy feels like it's perennially teetering on the brink of oblivion. (I feel like the company definitely has it coming -- they've ripped me off well over $1000 in the past, and I know that I am not the only one.) The only point of sale was the Customer Service desk, and the staff (who were perfectly friendly and knowledgeable) seemed somewhat beleaguered. We did find what we were seeking, however, and the price was reasonable.

Got home with a damaged freezer.( not just a scratch) and have been tossed around on the phone for days because the store didnt confirm the pick up. And the corporate number cant help till the store fixes the issue. Oh and did I mention you cant contact the store from the phone directly. Its A.I. then i get to "bas bye custom servee...
