I initially went to the Verizon location off Broad, where I was quickly dismissed and told that no one could help me with my issue and that I would need to go to Apple even though my issue was directly related to my Verizon account. Realizing the guy simply didn’t want to waste his time with me (knowing I wasn’t there to purchase anything) I decided to try this location on my way back into work and I’m glad I did.
As soon as I arrived, I was helped by Kris, who not only assured me that my issue could be resolved, but completely fixed it within five minutes. While my phone was backing up, he seamlessly assisted two other customers at the same time, remaining polite, professional, and informative in every interaction.
This was, without a doubt, the best customer service experience I’ve ever had, not just with Verizon, but anywhere.

I have had problems with Verizon and customer service/support since November 2025. I went to the Verizon store on South Laburnum as a last resort. A young lady, Kanyia, offered to help me. I did not expect any results; but, within 45 minutes I was walking out of the door very, very satisfied. I have been in several Verizon stores in this area, but I have to say, the store on S. Laburnum is the absolute best. Thank you Kanyia.

I returned wifi equipment to this location and had to wait an hour before an employee helped me. I was told I would receive an email receipt and never did. Verizon is now charging me more than $500, and after two follow-up visits, the store hasn't helped at all.
Apparently this store shouldn't have even taken this equipment in the first place. The employees can't find the serial numbers and lost the equipment with no accountability.

Today’s service at this location was HELL
Came in just to pay my bill it was 4 people in line with only one sales associate (Markey) working smh I was told that by Markey that he was waiting for his other co worker to arrive but the lady in line said she always come to this location and markey is always working by himself so basically he lied right in my face and had a bad attitude with me ain’t say bye or have a nice day after he was done helping me very distasteful and unprofessional how you running a location by yourself being rude to customers all these other reviews are false
