Marky went above and beyond to help. He spent nearly an hour working with me and Verizon corporate to get my original online order properly canceled, which reinstated my line credit so I could actually use it. He then matched the online deal I had from the mobile app and got me set up with an upgraded phone for my daughter’s Christmas. Outstanding customer service and persistence — this is how Verizon stores should operate. Highly recommend working with Marky.
