We worked with Tia for another upgrade a month later and she was just as sharp and helpful. I’ve been to a bunch of stores in the Richmond area during the past 20 years and this location has been far and away the best experience I’ve had! Everyone here seems to take pride in the work and that hasn’t been my impression previously. We will only be going to this location going forward!
