    My partner and I both did trade-ins here in the past two months and had great experiences both times. I was switching from android to apple for the first time and Veronica made the transition seemless. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions we had about the tech, transferring a new line onto the account and getting the most for my trade in. We worked with Tia for another upgrade a month later and she was just as sharp and helpful. I’ve been to a bunch of stores in the Richmond area during the past 20 years and this location has been far and away the best experience I’ve had! Everyone here seems to take pride in the work and that hasn’t been my impression previously. We will only be going to this location going forward!

    Tia does a fantastic job. She fixed problems we were having with our account, found numerous offers and discounts to benefit us, and set us up with new phones. Very professional, nice, and a great representative.

    My husband and I ordered a titanium Apple Watch from this Verizon location w/Tia in August 2025. Tia advised she didn’t have it in stock but she could order it now! The watch, unfortunately was on backorder. She reassured she’d let us know when it comes in. Sept. ‘25, when time came around for the watch to arrive there, Neither of us had heard ANYTHING, in-turn, had to reach-out to her. During that call, Tia stated the watch was STILL backordered and, yet again, reassured us that she let us know when it comes in. TODAY, I called that same location regarding our order for the watch. It was a pleasant surprise when a different representative answered my call. He even looked-up my account up while on the phone. He confirmed our order type, who sold us the watch and it’s there and ready. Lo and behold… I walked-in the store a couples hours after making that call… My ENTIRE ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELLED Oh! And “the icing on the cake” 🍰… ANY and ALL discounts OR promotions applied to this order when we purchased it IS NO LONGER bc I didn’t pick-up my order in-time. WAIT! WHAT??? WHY? Didn’t the rep tell me that today over the phone??? WHY? Weren’t we EVER notified our order HAD come-in whenever it really did??? WHY? Weren’t we warned our order was even canceling??? Ridiculously Poor and Disappointing customer service.

    Call to see if they had a phone in stock. They said yes. They said that I show up at 7:30. They could help me. I showed up at 7:30 and they refused to help Verizon. She’ll find out about this and do something about it because the employees don’t work. They don’t wanna help nobody.
