The watch, unfortunately was on backorder. She reassured she’d let us know when it comes in. Sept. ‘25, when time came around for the watch to arrive there, Neither of us had heard ANYTHING, in-turn, had to reach-out to her. During that call, Tia stated the watch was STILL backordered and, yet again, reassured us that she let us know when it comes in. TODAY, I called that same location regarding our order for the watch. It was a pleasant surprise when a different representative answered my call. He even looked-up my account up while on the phone. He confirmed our order type, who sold us the watch and it’s there and ready. Lo and behold… I walked-in the store a couples hours after making that call… My ENTIRE ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELLED Oh! And “the icing on the cake” 🍰… ANY and ALL discounts OR promotions applied to this order when we purchased it IS NO LONGER bc I didn’t pick-up my order in-time. WAIT! WHAT??? WHY? Didn’t the rep tell me that today over the phone??? WHY? Weren’t we EVER notified our order HAD come-in whenever it really did??? WHY? Weren’t we warned our order was even canceling??? Ridiculously Poor and Disappointing customer service.
