  First, my job is in tech, so I’m not stupid. I ordered a phone. Followed directions provided by Verizon—brought ID. When I tried to pick it up, guys says I need the PIN number to my account. I told him I didn’t know how to find it. He offered no help in finding it. The 4 guys sitting there doing nothing offered no help either. He told me it was what I used to set up my account. Mr. Man—-I set up this account over 20 years ago. I told him to cancel my order. He told me he couldn’t and it would just sit in his que. Sounds like a him problem. Not a me problem.

  It was a rotten really rainy day and I walked into the Verizon store on Patterson Ave. & was met with a welcoming smile from David Fritzon. I sure lucked out to get a kind, professional expert helping me find the best offers to upgrade my phone. I felt like I was in excellent hands & he guided me thru the process in language that I could understand. A first!! I never felt rushed and no question from me was too trite. I felt confident that I received excellent customer service & the best offer available. I am thrilled with my new iPhone 17. Everything transferred over to my new phone seamlessly. I also feel comfortable reaching out to David with any questions that may come up. A truly superb comfortable experience overall! What an excellent bright public- facing representative for Verizon.

  I must say I had such a bad experience with a previous service provider…I came into this Verizon store and meet sales representative David…he instantly welcomed me. It was a busy time in the store but he made sure I felt heard and made sure to help me quickly. I left with a cheaper plan and better service than I had before. Thank you David

  David Fritzon, was a pleasure to work with, and we are so grateful that he was able to assist us as we switched our phones from T-Mobile to Verizon. David, was very knowledgable and professional in helping us make the transition. Verizon, is fortunate to have David, and I would highly recommend anyone going into the Patterson Ave location, to make sure you work with him. A job well done. Thanks again, David

  David Fritzson assisted my wife and I in upgrading our iPhones and subsequently helped upgrade both of our sons iPhones as well. David was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and helped ensure that the upgrade transition was the smoothest and best experience I’ve ever had in all my dealings with Verizon. I recommend him highly, and suggest you set an appointment with him. He is prompt and thorough. 5 stars!!
