There were only three people in front of me, including the person who is currently being helped, and when I left, she still hadn’t finished with any one ahead of me. The only reason that I was able to get out in the 30 minutes that it took is because I asked her if I was going to be able to be seen within the next 10 minutes because I had to pick my dog up from the oncologist. She knew that almost the entire time that all I needed to do was drop off equipment, which took her less than two minutes, but she still let me sit there for over 30 minutes while she tried to upgrade phones and change bills, which is horrible customer service. Also, it was 78-80 degrees in there, which made me feel sick.

Abigail resolved all our issues, explained how it happened. Our phones were old so while we were there we purchased our phones. Abigail got us all set up, explained everything and we left happy. Abigail and this location are the best! Today we went to this location and the manager Robert helped us and again we left happy. This has been a great location for us the shop and resolve issues!
