  This is the worst service ever i only went with the contract because i replaced my number they activate it (shouldve been a red flag there). first they charge you 115$ to activate the phone, which you could do somewhere else, then you pay the bill 60$ dollars, then at a deal which I talked to someone on the phone to pay 50$ (which i paid in person) have the bill then another 60$ weeks later, and then it cost 10 dollars to speak to the representative. I've dealt with the worst of pre paid companies boost at&t for example and I would still pick them over verizon. I dont even have a the same phone anymore because of verizon. If your wealthy sure, if not I wouldn't waste my time.

  1/13/26 I received an iPhone 7 Plus from Verizon since my son broke his cell phone while he was in Italy in the Air Force. I told my son to mail the old phone back to me once he received the new phone download your information so I can take the old phone back to the Verizon store to get credit once I received the phone I went to the Verizon store located at 7720 W. Broad Street Richmond, VA 23294 and mention to the sales person that I need to get credit for this phone, the salesperson asked me for the Apple ID. I told him I have to call my son who is located in Italy, six hours ahead of us to get the Apple ID. Meanwhile the sales person walks away once I got the Apple ID. The salesperson came back and he told me now he needs the password and I asked him. What else do you need because Italy is six hours ahead and I need to get everything from my son because he's asleep. The person was very arrogant and he kept going back-and-forth with me about nothing so I asked to speak to the Store Manager when I spoke to David the Store Manager he told me that my son should've downloaded the information to shut the phone down and I said to him my son is in the Air Force in Italy. Do you really think my son is gonna go online and read what he needs to do about the phone. I just told my son to mail it back to me and I will take it to the store. There was no customer service given and the Store Manager David was very arrogant. He started talking to me about some worldly news and I asked him what does that have to do with me? I'm trying to get credit for the return phone I had. Well, he said, your son should've took care of it before sending it back to us and I said to myself since my son was sleep, I couldn't gottin all the information needed before he walked away from me and the store manager told me we are busy hamburger customers to wait on and I said hex walked away from be I believe he was from Lebanon because I did ask him since he wasn't unfriendly and I could tell he wasn't from the US. I left the Mo Customer service store and next day once I got the information from my son. I took the phone to 12250 W. Broad Street in Short Pump Charles help me do everything that was needed to cut the phone off so I could return the phone and get credit for it. I mentioned to the Store Manager Miss Brandon that Charles was very helpful. I received all the upmost help that was needed and they provided great customer service very different from the location at 7720 W. Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia 23294. I recommend to ALL, if you want the greatest Customer Service go to the Verizon store and see Charles at 12250 West Broad Street, Short Pump you will get the best Customer Service ever very different from the Location location at 7720 West Broad Street, Richmind, Va 23294!

  Best customer service ever. 1. Cynthia (Michelle) was exceptionally helpful and very patient with me even though my issue was a bit of a mess. 2. She explained everything so I could understand and allowed me to be myself as I got excited that she fixed my issue. 3. I will come to this location and ask for her by name and wait for her if I have any problems or purchases in the future. 4. I love that she is bilingual. She translated for a gentleman that came in and politely explained she would be with him shortly. I'll end by giving this store 11 out of 10 because management is great also. It was great to see them in action. No other Verizon store will ever get my business. Never using the online again. Thank you store 0666201

  I went in for a device upgrade for one of my lines and had an extremely poor experience. From the moment we arrived, we were not welcomed professionally. The employee assisting us was openly discussing with coworkers whether they even wanted to help us and had a visibly irritated attitude. When she asked for my ID, she immediately stated that she could not access the account using the account manager’s ID and refused to even try. She repeatedly said she “couldn’t help today” without making any effort to assist. When I asked to speak with a manager, she said she would get one and went into the break room. She returned 5–8 minutes later, chewing food, without ever bringing a manager. At that point, she asked for my ID again and suddenly was able to access the account, contradicting her earlier claim. Even after accessing the account, she refused to honor the offers clearly listed in my app as available to me. Throughout the interaction, she remained dismissive and rude. This was unprofessional, disrespectful, and frustrating. A device upgrade should not require arguing just to receive basic assistance. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  Jaden Phillips helped my son and I for almost 2 hours. He fixed a problem, showed me how to transfer, and was really patient with us. My son loves his new S25!
