- VTVaishak N ThrilokDec 30, 20251.0I went in for a device upgrade for one of my lines and had an extremely poor experience. From the moment we arrived, we were not welcomed professionally. The employee assisting us was openly discussing with coworkers whether they even wanted to help us and had a visibly irritated attitude. When she asked for my ID, she immediately stated that she could not access the account using the account manager’s ID and refused to even try. She repeatedly said she “couldn’t help today” without making any effort to assist. When I asked to speak with a manager, she said she would get one and went into the break room. She returned 5–8 minutes later, chewing food, without ever bringing a manager. At that point, she asked for my ID again and suddenly was able to access the account, contradicting her earlier claim. Even after accessing the account, she refused to honor the offers clearly listed in my app as available to me. Throughout the interaction, she remained dismissive and rude. This was unprofessional, disrespectful, and frustrating. A device upgrade should not require arguing just to receive basic assistance. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
