This is a real Verizon store, not just an authorized dealer, so they can often do more to help, for example if you are exchanging routers.

I don't know if the sales associates have an insufficient knowledge base or just inexperienced, but they spend entirely to long with individual customers. I also saw two sales associates helping one customer while a group of customers were still waiting. I never seen an establishment ran so inefficient in my entire life. I would not recommend their service/business to anyone due to the poor in-person customer service. And to think, I came their to add phone lines to my business account....Lol, I'm about to just cut the internet and sever all ties with this Corp. Thanks but no thanks Verizon.
