The staff was rude and unprofessional, and it was clear that they did not know how to properly handle customer requests. We were left waiting for a long time without any communication or update, which is extremely frustrating and disrespectful of customers’ time. When we asked the staff to call the manager so we could explain our situation more clearly, the employee left and returned after about five minutes. During that time, we saw her eating before coming back. After returning, she attempted to “resolve” the issue, but it was something she could have addressed from the beginning and still did not properly fix the problem. Overall, the lack of courtesy, poor service, and disorganization made this visit unpleasant. I would not recommend this location unless customer service improves significantly.
