I called Verizon and was told I would need to go to an in person store since I did not know my account pin. I then went to a store close to me and was told I had to go to a corporate store which is the store I am reviewing. When I got there, the associate there was very impatient. He would not let me fully explain what I was there for and talked over me. When I finally was able to explain that I was sent there because I did not know my pin, he said sarcastically " well, we don't know your pin either." He then gave me another number to call then walked away before I could ask any more questions. Once again, very rude and dismissive. I had my bill with my account number in my hand and identification so I do not understand why everything is related to the pin. I also do not understand why I have to call Verizon again when I was told a corporate store could take care of closing my account. I believe he just did not want to be bothered with a former customer.
