    Ended my Verizon internet service. I'm informed it's was my responsibility to turn equipment in. According to the Verizon-store rep I'm in building with BULK. I live in a senior community 65&⬆️. Each apartment has equipment already installed at move-in. The equipment is placed in a cabinet in the master bedroom closet. Cabinet is behind closet door. It was EXTREMELY difficult to get in space. I can't imagine that neighbors aged 70&⬆️ will be able to remove equipment. I had a very difficult time getting the cabinet open. (It would make more sense to leave the equipment in the for next tenant. I'm informed if equipment not returned in 30days, I'm billed $300. Now honestly most folks in building don't drive. I Ubered over to Verizon store. I'm informed... come back at 3! Oh wow! It was about noon. Ubered again 2 days later. I'm 65& active, not too many of my neighbors are. And just to let u know... there's a USELESS Verizon rep (Ryan) in our building (2X/month) to entertain residents with BINGO. We all recognize he's just here to sale Verizon packages/upgrades. We're talking old folks on fixed income, Ryan's always trying to sell-sell-sell ..stop please!! Purchased a $99 router/hotspot. It's mine FOREVER! Please rethink that bulk distribution in new upcoming communities. Is the issue that we'd steal the routers? Make it a locked area. If the guy had not told me the cabinet was behind the closet door I would have never known. The closet was is sooo small, I could barely fit myself in it. Bye Verizon!!

    Placed an order online for pick up, was told it was on backorder and pending delivery to store, checked the website's order status daily for updates as well as emails or texts, and then was notified on January 5th that the order was cancelled because it was not picked up by January 6th. Spoke to customer service and all they could say is to wait for a refund and replace the order. Will not be working with this branch in the future and hope they can improve documenting order statuses correctly.

    It was an absolute pleasure being assisted today by Will Blon today. He made my upgrade process very easy and he was extremely informative and patient. Verizon needs more agents like Will. He needs to run the place! I definitely recommend him to assist when visiting the Forest Hill location. Excellent customer service Will—I hope you get all the flowers you deserve! 🫶🏾

    For the second time I received world class, spirit lifting customer service from William Blon! This location is one of my favorites because it tends to be easy going, quiet & “low key”. You may have a wait, but that’s to be expected…but the wait seems like nothing when the service is so amazing! Thanks Will! :) All of my problems resolved & a great conversation to go with it.
