    Not the best option for Verizon. They try to sell you things you don't need and grossly over charge. Go to one of the Verizon stores that are not franchises. The last time I went there, the associate was entirely disrespectful and tried to cheat me . I then went to an official store, totally different experience.

    I drove 10 hours from Detroit, Michigan to this location, already exhausted and on a tight schedule due to my military obligations and I’ll be honest, my experience started off discouraging. Several representatives at the location were unwilling to help and made me feel like my situation was an inconvenience rather than a priority. Then William Blon stepped in—and everything changed. From the moment William engaged with me, his professionalism, patience, and genuine care were undeniable. He took the time to truly listen, understood my disposition, and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed. Instead of seeing a problem, he saw a customer who needed support, and he was more than willing to take ownership and make sure I was taken care of—no matter what. . His actions showed integrity, empathy, and a true commitment to service that goes far beyond the job description. William Blon is the definition of exceptional customer service.     Outstanding customer service, William Blond stayed late well past closing to complete the sale and set up of two new phones while simultaneously dealing with some technical issues beyond his (or the store's) control. Very skilled and knowledgeable, he also showed us how to save some money with some discounts we weren't taking advantage of.

    The overall experience at the Verizon store was great. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get my new equipment due to some customer service changes, but the customer service was great. Very nice customer service representatives. The store needs some music or TV display to entertain and enhance the customer experience.
