    Been to this Best Buy lots of times but decided to leave this review for Jimmy Harris. After I picked up my printer he asked me if I needed a cart to which I responded I just need some print paper. There was none in sight and he went out of his way and look for around the back for 5mins until he found it. He’s the man. Appreciate taking his time.

    I waited 10 minutes for someone to help me with a microwave and was told there was nobody in the queue. Other than myself, no one bothered to show up or say anything to me. I left, I'd rather drive all the way to Charlottesville, where they're very helpful.

    They trully treat you like a thief. I asked Melvin if I could see a mini ipad, Because they dont have any on display. He reply by "I cannot show it to you be cause i am not allowed to get it out" was his response. Then he proceded to tell me they are very expensive. Then I ask if I could get 2 of the 11" Ipad. And he replied "Do you really want 2 of those?" I say yes and in the same color. He did not want to showed them to me and based on all of what he said he thought I want it to steal them. I dont know if his name is Melvin he did not have a name tag and the receipt dont show his name. I PAID for them and left. By reading the comments is not just me but other feel the same way. He needs a customer service refreshing and maybe not judge people by thier looks.

    While I found what I wanted I can't help but wonder what happened to best buy. This new store layout makes the store small. I'm assuming this is because of less products either being in stock or best buy focusing on online ordering being the form of more business. Regardless I was very shocked to see this change.

    Absolutely horrendous customer service, no ownership taken to rectify an issue that was the fault of BESTBUY! My wife and I came in and purchased a washer and dryer and set up delivery for the Monday a week after…8 days. We had set up and paid for only them to deliver and new and haul away our old washer and dryer. The delivery team comes yesterday and makes a big deal about how they can’t install anything due to a number of reasons. While my wife was making a call I called BESTBUY. I got no answer and the delivery team took it upon themselves to cancel our delivery, load up our new washer and dryer that we paid for, and didn’t do anything with our old units. They told us we had to now call and reschedule. I went to BESTBUY and they informed me of how sorry they were and that we would receive a call from their 3rd party team they use. I spoke with them today and was told sorry all we can do is reschedule you for next Monday…we understand your frustration. At this point since we still haven’t received anything, spent almost $2,000 and are being treated as if this just happens all the time. Well BESTBUY thank you for not stepping up to take ownership of YOUR MISTAKE!! We’ve cancelled our order completely and will never be doing business with BESTBUY ever again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. To add to my review look how the fact that this store has more 1 and 2 star ratings than anything. That’s what happens when you hire people who don’t know what “taking ownership” means! I’m in commissioned sales, so not only if I don’t sell…but also don’t offer great customer service and taking ownership of a situation to rectify it I don’t sell and my family doesn’t eat. Maybe teach your crew what the definition of customer service actually means.
