  Ariana did a phenomenal job and was a perfect example of great customer service. She was very knowledgeable about the Apple product and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate when someone knows their products and provides service with professionalism and kindness. It was definitely a memorable experience and a great reminder of what excellent customer service looks like.💯

  Each time I buy a new phone, I am told that everything will transfer automatically if I have a backup. Nobody ever tells you that with most apps, it’s a good idea to have your new phone next to your old phone for everything to transfer correctly. The process obviously takes time. With the eSIM cards Apple insists on us using, you cannot count on everything properly transferring well. So every once in a while they send you on your way practically phone-less and tell you to call your carrier to arrange for the transfer of the eSIM. Fantastic. Call from where? My issue is that the phone that was supposed to be kept by my new device as my data was transferring was whisked away and erased while my new phone was settingup. Which means that 5 days later, I am still dealing with being locked out of my accounts and apps not loading properly. My sister didn’t have this problem because the assistant who helped her never insisted on her leaving the store (and erasing her previous device) three minutes after receiving the new one. The phones cost close to a thousand bucks. The least you could do is give people enough time to set them up before you send them on their way without a means of reaching home. Also, if you are helping customers, it’s a good idea now to bash any other customers. “You won’t believe how many people drop their phones on top of their new devices.” Well, I can believe it if you breathe down your necks and speak ill of people like them.

  Great experience on my latest visit to the Apple Store at Short Pump. I was having Bluetooth issues with my iPhone and worried that I would have to buy a new phone. Josh M. was the tech who helped me and after describing what I was experiencing, he explained that had dealt with similar issues from others. He did a thorough evaluation of the phone and helped resolve the issue. Very excited not to have to buy a new phone yet but will be back to this store and hopefully working with Josh M. when I do buy the next one.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Apple Store in Short Pump. I spent over $1,400 on a new iPhone 17 Pro and accessories and agreed to trade in my old phone only after confirming that all my data would be backed up and transferred and my phone service worked in the new phone. The employee advised me to purchase 2TB of iCloud storage, assured me everything had successfully uploaded, and told me I didn’t need to wait before my old phone was erased. Unfortunately, seven months of photos of my 2-year-old child and important messages were never backed up and are now permanently lost. Apple Support confirmed the data was never uploaded, and since my old phone was wiped, nothing could be recovered. The store took no responsibility. I would not recommend anyone to trade phones in this store. The $160 they gave me for my old phone don’t worth all the memories and information that was permanently erased.

  I bought an Apple 17Pro shortly before Christmas. Eight weeks later my phone died apparently because of a faulty motherboard. I was not offered a new phone and was given an inferior loaner. I was told mine would be ready in a week- it was not. Given the aggravation and the substantial time away from work traveling to the nearest Apple store, I am so frustrated and disappointed in Apple’s customer service to the point where I am seriously considering leaving Apple all together after being a loyal customer since the 1980’s.
