I had an awful experience with a worker named Sarah. She was rude and dismissive and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Another worker named Theresa was much more helpful and very knowledgeable. This Apple Store is good as long as you go to the right workers.

TERRIBLE!! I came in. 10/14 because my phone will not charge. I was told the part was not in stock and had to be ordered and they will TEXT/CALL letting me know my part was in. I WAITED UNTIL THE 24th and called because I received NO CALL AND NO TEXT. When I finally got in contact with someone after being transferred from the call center to this location TWICE and waiting 20 MINUTES someone answered and said my part had just came in 1HOUR AGO. COOL! I come in today 10/27 because I was told to stop by and drop my phone off ANYTIME. When the lady comes out she says THE PART IS NO LONGER ON HOLD BECAUSE ITS BEEN PAST 7 DAYS????? WHAT??? I told her I just talked to someone on 10/24 and was told that my part had just came in a hour ago so what do you mean 7 days. She said I was EMAILED on 10/16 well WTH happened to the CALL OR TEXT I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE???? Waited for another 30+ MINUTES BECAUSE I WAS TOLD I WOULD NEED TO BACK UP MY PHONE AND ENDED UP LEAVING AND JUST RESCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR TOMORROW. PATHETIC!!! Incompetence and lack of structure will make a company look bad and this location makes Apple look horrible. I hope to actually get a resolution tomorrow.

I will never be going back to this awful excuse for an Apple Store. I booked an appointment for a battery replacement figuring they’d replace the battery at the time of the appointment, ya know, how appointments work. Apparently Apple doesn’t understand what appointment means. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time and got checked in and went to wait at the “Genius Bar” for an available team member to come get everything started for my replacement. Almost exactly at the scheduled time a worker (Neka?) came out and greeted me and went over the cost of the replacement and that the glass screen protector I had might come off during the repair and they wouldn’t replace that. I needed a new one anyways so I got everything signed and he said it’d probably be about four hours until I could come pick it up. When I told him that was unacceptable and that the whole point of making an appointment was so that I wouldn’t have to wait all day for it to get done he went and supposedly talked to a manager but he really just walked a few feet away to talk to someone that was helping someone else that didn’t acknowledge or respond to him. He said to try coming back in an hour and see if they had it done but he couldn’t guarantee anything. Whatever, I already made the drive out here I’ll wander around for a little bit. I gave it about an hour and a half and went to check and talked to the same guy as the first time and said that they couldn’t get it done faster and they hadn’t even started on it yet and that I’d have to come back a few hours later at the original time he gave me and pick it up. He wasn’t very polite and had an attitude of “that’s just how Apple does it so deal with it”. Not dissimilar to the cable company guys on South Park. I finally get my phone back over four hours later and the battery is on 4%. All that time they had it they couldn’t even put it on a charger for a few minutes so I could at least check and make sure everything was right on my phone. This was probably the worst experience I’ve had with Apple and I regret going there. I should have just carried around a charger pack and cord instead of dealing with this awful store. Calling it the “Genius Bar” is a stretch, they should think about renaming it to literally anything that doesn’t imply they know what they’re doing. And Apple if you’re reading this, which I doubt you are, I’ve got an invoice with your name on it for wasting 4 hours of my day. You should also search up the definition of appointment.

It was absolutely packed. We have plenty of people and it looks like a cafeteria. You had one representative on each table helping in group at a time. What I need is done. I was understandably unable to do there. But I still wasn't very impressed. Everybody has their opinion what I would do if I was them. I would set up a table with a computer. I would have a sign over top of each table for the purpose that the customer is there for. I would have at least one technician at each table if appropriate and I would set them up as if it's an office in a cubicle and deal with each one personally. Whiths a specialized customer service person helping each one as they come in with what they're trying to do. Sales technical problems set up you want to make it streamline and you want to make it simple. The number one issue I had to replace was just the massive amount of people in it.
