  I went to this Cricket location to have service switched to a new iPhone (after the automated switch didn't work and left me with no cell service), and the person in the store was extremely rude. He told me I needed a code to make the switch. I returned with the code, and then he refused to make the switch and told me to go to another Cricket location. I wouldn't recommend going here if you can get to another Cricket location. Rude and unhelpful.

  Aubrey is a top notch sales rep .I had trouble with my account from the day I opened it at staples mill rd store and it was 57 days ago.i came into the chamberlayne rd store to see if someone could help me .Aubrie had my account straightened out in less than 10 minutes. On top of that she is very helpful and professional. She will be my go to contact in the future. Kudos to her ND she gets a 10 out of 10 from me. Your customer John pierce
