  Worst experience so far . This place has employees who do not care . We waited an hour for someone to approach us and when they do , all they said was move to the next table . Then once our helper came . He said he didn't have much time so he’d find someone else . Thanks Apple.

  I’m absolutely shocked that in the 21st century the leading technology companies can not offer automated doors to assist with disabled customers. Those big heavy doors caught the tip of my crutch and almost launched me face first into the store. I should be able to enter and exit the store without assistance. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because there was one single employee who tried to assist me and got me a stool to rest upon while my pickup order was being collected. He was very kind. Nobody else working in the store greeted me at any point.

  Don’t waste your time going here for service, Apple customer service will tell you one thing on the phone and when you get to the store is something completely different. Then they want you to agree to a blanket term and agreement that the representative don’t know what it says and when you read indicates that you will be liable for any diagnostic. If you don’t agree then you can’t use the Apple care. Completely BS.

  I had an excellent experience thanks to Martha. From the moment she assisted me, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. She not only helped me with the iPhone Air I came in to purchase, but also took the time to explain other products I was interested in. What really stood out was her knowledge and the way she demonstrated everything so clearly, it genuinely helped me make a confident decision, and even consider future purchases. She made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. I also really appreciated her patience and support during an unexpected situation. I hadn’t realized that I hadn’t backed up my old phone, so I had to stay at the store for about an hour and a half while the backup completed before transferring everything to my new device. During that time, Martha and the rest of the staff consistently checked in on me to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything. I never felt alone or unattended, and that level of care truly stood out. On top of that, Martha is very friendly and easy to talk to, which I personally value a lot when shopping in-store. It didn’t feel rushed or transactional at all, and the overall customer service was outstanding.

  Lots of employees, tons that just seem to walk in circles yet difficult to flag down for help. Cant just check out normally, one person trying to ring up multiple people at once, took explaining to a kid multiple times i just want the item and to go. QR code mishaps, only for them to be unnecessary (after 3 failed attempts THEN im told we can skip the step), and an employee trying to touch/use my phone several times while it was still in my hand. Didnt ask permission, didnt say what he was trying to do, just kept attempting to touch the screen while i was using it. I had to finally tell him to stop and i dont need him to show me how to use my own phone for a purchase. I just wanted a pair of AirPods and to call it a day. I would never come here to shop again, better off using amazon!
