They have a lobby full of people and only one employee on the floor. Whomever owns and operates this business is the direct reason as to why it’s such a poorly run location.

Awesome experience start to finish. Update: went to Fair Oaks mall location where I was told to go, they tell me need to go back to this location because because the fair oaks location does not accept 4G extenders only the corporate locations do. Again, just an amazing customer experience.

I asked again and again if it would cost me anything at all. I was hesitant and didn't even need a second line. He kept assuring me I won't get charged for anything. Lo and behold my next phone bill was up $90. I reached out to him to have this line cancelled and the $75 new line fee refunded as I was given the wrong information by him and pushed by him into something I didn't want anyway. If he had informed me of the new line fee I would have never signed up for it when he pushed me to. But he basically told me "too bad" and never even attempted to address my concern. Avoid his sales tactics at all cost.
