Phone was never delivered, number was never ported, hung up on multiple times by automated phone customer service, went into store, associate kept interrupting me and didn’t know how to help, had me call back to the same number that had hung up on me, finally reached someone, they also couldn’t help, and after over an hour on the phone and requesting a manager multiple times I gave up and had them cancel the order, the line, and the port, which took another hour to complete. Drove to AT&T down the street who had us up and running in 30min.

I was on and off hold with support for almost 2 hours. The person I dealt with didn't want to help and just walked away during set up to go greet someone else. The support I was on the phone with seemed just as confused why an associate wasn't helping with setup. Considering I literally bought a new phone there, I'm shocked at the lack of help. Ive never been treated so terribly in a verizon store. If it wasn't for a different verizon store that I normally go to setting up the phone for me in 10 minutes later that evening, I honestly would switch carriers after this experience.
