    I went here to try to exchange equipment. They said I would have to place an order on the app first. I asked if there was someone that could explain my different options and they said, "No, you can just do it through the app." Their website is so confusing and, spoiler alert, I could not "juts do it through the app" so I left very frustrated! What happened to the good old days of providing customers with service?

    Completely useless with customer service. Wasted my time, told me I needed to call 611 to speak with a Verizon Specialist only for the person on the phone to tell me they could have fixed my issue in the store. The employee I interacted with was lazy and rude and it felt like they just flat out didn't want to have to do their job.

    Very bad customer experience. When I went to them with an issue, they didn’t even bother trying to find out what the problem was. They simply handed me a customer care number and practically pushed me out of the entrance saying they were “busy” because it’s Thanksgiving weekend and they’re eager to get new customers. What about the existing customers who already ported a week ago and still aren’t receiving incoming calls? Instead of helping, the person who received us didn’t care at all. There’s no negative rating option here, so I’m forced to give them one star — which they absolutely don’t deserve.

    I switched to Verizon 3 days ago and trying to port my number. No one answered when I tried to reach out to customer care number. So I went to the store twice and no one addressed the issue in Reston Virginia store. I must say that the level of incompetence and lack of empathy I encountered was beyond disappointing. I reached out for assistance with an issue, expecting a resolution or at least some basic understanding of my frustration. From the moment we started speaking, it was clear that the person there had no interest in doing the right thing. They were dismissive, condescending, and made no effort to find a solution to my problem.
