    Great experience with Joe for an upgrade to an iPhone 17 Pro. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and upgraded our phone quickly and with no issues. Worked with us on making sure we got the discounts available, and made sure our trade-in was backed up and restored before we left the store. In fact, both employees there worked quickly as a steady stream of customers came and went. Great experience.

    Staff very nice. But If you need help with Verizon accounts or phones, they can’t help. They refer you to go to the Leesburg Verizon store that also can’t help. The Leesburg store refers you to call customer service. You call and over 20 plus transfers and employees… your issue was never resolved. 🙄🙄🙄 I got the wrong phone and It’s been over a week and I still have no phone. But I’m sure my bill will be ready and my payment has to be on time.

    There was one guy working there. He looked like he had just woken up and had no training at all. He was unsure of what to do or say and I couldn't believe he was left alone in the store

    Horrible!! Two of the three people working there didn’t know how to transfer a number!! They didn’t know how to set up a new account!! Go to a different store!
