I had a Saturday morning appointment I never received confirmation for that appointment had to call the location several times to confirm my appointment because they kept changing my appointment and I never received any notifications. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and to my surprise they had closed the only location that I was aware of on airline boulevard. So I had to look up the number and call them once again to see where they were now located. The girl that answered the phone her name was Tabitha she was rude and was giving bad directions and told me that I had a 10 minute window. When I finally found their new location I was 3 minutes past the 10 minute window. When I walked in they said they had to reschedule my appointment because I was 3 minutes outside of the 10 minute window frame. I said this is ridiculous and I asked to speak to a manager they inform me that the manager was not there and then I proceeded to ask to see the veterinarian on duty. Tabitha walked in the back for a few minutes came back and said that the vet could not see me at this time and then I said that I would wait to speak to the vet. However she said the vet would not be able to see me at this time. Tabitha then told me that the vet had been bitten and that she was just trying to see her patients that made it on time so she could go to the patient first care. The customer service at this location is terrible The emails and the confirmations are a joke. The only one confirmation that I did receive which was for the wrong date it read nothing regarding about a 10 minute time frame. I feel as if the staff was looking for a reason to cancel my appointment. I was the only customer in the office at that time. They were very unprofessional and rude, I felt ganged up against and belittled it is safe to say that they have lost my business at this location and for anyone that reads this post you might want to find another vet for a Saturday visit.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. First, my appointment time was 520. I thought it was 530, showed up at 526. They made me reschedule. All while offering no reminder texts/calls.
I was cordial. I said ok, we’ll call back to reschedule (did they really just make me reschedule for being 6 min late? WELL IF YOU CANT DEAL WITH SIX MIN LATE, THEN DONT BOOK PEOPLE FOR THAT SPOT. ) I WASNT going to go back. Mainly because my normal place for my dog is the OTHER one. Well I call the other one and they are transitioning to be more of a hospital only type deal and that it would be better to try again at the other VCA (the one I’m leaving this review on.)
So I schedule this new appointment for today LAST WEEK VIA ONLINE. I am including a text that informs me about my “free first visit.”
I call, she tells me “we actually tried to call you to see if you could come in sooner because the doctor has left early.” WELL THEN
They didn’t have my correct number, AFTER they texted my free visit coupon.
If my first apt was 5:20… and two weeks later our appt is 5:00….. I obviously have a life. I couldn’t have done it sooner any dang way.
I’m deeply disappointed, ashamed I offered a second chance, completely off-put by the way the vet/doctor/owner who decides when and how they decline appointments. I’m overly upset.
The girl that answered the phone was polite. But the instructions she was given was absolute BS. I’m going to complain to the BBB next because WTH?
