If you want exceptional customer service go and see Tae at the store I have never experienced customer service like this . Tae is the best if I could I would give her 1000 stars. She’ll bend over backwards for her customers. Justin the store manager is amazing as well . Thanks for helping us

I had the best experience getting my new iPhone 17. As soon as I walked in Kevin was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Tae also was amazing assisting Kevin and I through the process. They were extremely friendly and made getting a new phone fun!

Buckle up for this one, the worst customer service experience i have ever had with a cell phone provider.
I upgraded from the Iphone 15 to the 17 back in September at my usual store. Everything went perfect but I took my 15 home just to make sure everything transferred. on October 13th I was at the outlets and passed this Verizon store location so I stopped in to turn in my iPhone 15. At first, the manager was helping me and he stepped away to take a phone call as my iPhone 15 was doing the factory reset. The phone was at 4% so i asked another associate to borrow a charger so it wouldn't die in the process. She asked what I was doing so explained that I was returning my iPhone 15. She asked to see my 17 to finish the process so i handed it over. She it a bunch of things but I could not see the screen. She handed me my 17 for my iCloud password a few times and I would hand the phone back. She picked up my 15 and put it back on the charger "to make sure I have the right one."
15 had been removed from the otterbox, my 17 was in a brand new case. Next thing I know she is grabbing my hand saying "i messed up but it OKAY cause we are gonna fix it." She explained that she had restored my 17 to factory settings. She said she would restore my last back up. I asked if she knew when that was and she replied with "yesterday." At this point the manager has come back over. He explained to her how she much have selected the wrong phone because she was using "find my phone" and she tried to argue that she selected the 15. I was then handed back what was essentially a stock iPhone and was told it would take a while to download the backup from the cloud. The manager assured me "our wifi sucks here" and that it would download faster if I left. I reluctantly left.
4 hours later, nothing more has downloaded. I go by the apple store. 4 hours later again and my iCloud had also been deleted. I lost health data, contacts, photos, all settings, apps, and passwords. I go back to the store. The manager last left for another location. I go to that location to speak with him. it was now after hours so he said when he opened the store the next day he would check if my 15 had been restored and he would reach out to me.
Next day I heard nothing until after 2pm when I reached out to him. The 15 had been restored.
I asked the manager for the contact info for the regional manager and got zero response. I had to go to the Hillcrest store and ask them. I got his email. Its been a week and again, no response from him either.
In this process the SIM was also deleted from my watch. I have spoken with Verizon customer service several times and have still be unsuccessful to pair my 17 to my watch. Today is day 13 of paying for a line for my watch that is useless.
After all of this, not the associate or the manager have apologized.
I trying to convince my husband to switch cell phone providers. I want nothing to do with Verizon if this is how they allow their franchise stores to treat customers.

Not great customer I was waiting to be seen and another customer walks in abruptly saying she got her phone disconnected needed to pay 50 bucks … so the employee went to her and ignored me finally said
someone will come out and help me . I said I wanted to add a new line and buy a tablet.. well they lost a sale over a customer who had their line disconnected due to no one wanted to help me with my purchase (check camera if you don’t believe me)
