- SRSeth RhyneJul 20, 20251.0Don’t waste your time here. Went in to try and reactivate our phone lines after returning from overseas. The one and only employee in there seemed to be half asleep. He wasn’t rude, just never seemed to make any effort towards anything at all. With each question he called his manager on FaceTime to show him the computer screen and try and get help. Manager seemed knowledgeable but the long distance assistance was less than helpful. Once we finally got around to attempting to resolve our issues the half-asleep employee ( with manager still on speaker phone) called Verizon Customer service and portly explained the situation to the point I had to interject myself. I could have saved myself the gas, time, and frustration by calling customer service myself. On top of them being zero help to us, other customers came in and were unhelped. Another employee walked in and past the waiting customers and went into a back room where we could hear them making noise. Despite seeing the customer in need they obviously didn’t see it as necessary to help them. Luckily, we left and went to another location (actual corporate Verizon) and had our issue resolved with exquisite service. I should have known better and hopefully save others any heartache and waste of time. For real, go anywhere else but here.

I’m not sure if the manager name is Justin but he is incredibly disrespectful. we went to drop off our router in person in May 3rd and ever since then they keep claiming that they never got it and saying that oh we never got it and if we did we threw it away and that we have to pay it regardless. And what they told my boyfriend is that he has to go in person to go and see if they’ll admit they screwed up which won’t happen because of what happened with Justin the previous time. What in the actual hell is that. my boyfriend tried to meet up with Justin before and he was rude on the phone to my boyfriend and when they tried to meet up in person he never SHOWED UP. THEY DESTROYED MY BOYFRIENDS CREDIT BY CHARGING HIM A BALANCE HE DOESNT OWE. they closed his account but still are billing him and they said they wouldn’t do so and they put that into the credit report and shot his credit. They’re extremely rude and unprofessional and don’t help at all and trying to get ahold of them on the phone is not even possible. I hope they read this because they should be ashamed of themselves for scamming us. Metro net all the way people. If i could give a zero I honestly would. And don't bother to try to act nice and have us reach out because when we did we were treated very rudely.
