- SRSeth RhyneJul 20, 20251.0Don’t waste your time here. Went in to try and reactivate our phone lines after returning from overseas. The one and only employee in there seemed to be half asleep. He wasn’t rude, just never seemed to make any effort towards anything at all. With each question he called his manager on FaceTime to show him the computer screen and try and get help. Manager seemed knowledgeable but the long distance assistance was less than helpful. Once we finally got around to attempting to resolve our issues the half-asleep employee ( with manager still on speaker phone) called Verizon Customer service and portly explained the situation to the point I had to interject myself. I could have saved myself the gas, time, and frustration by calling customer service myself. On top of them being zero help to us, other customers came in and were unhelped. Another employee walked in and past the waiting customers and went into a back room where we could hear them making noise. Despite seeing the customer in need they obviously didn’t see it as necessary to help them. Luckily, we left and went to another location (actual corporate Verizon) and had our issue resolved with exquisite service. I should have known better and hopefully save others any heartache and waste of time. For real, go anywhere else but here.

Patience unmatched. Might I add, it was my 4th Verizon store I was in for the day and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and spoken to as opposed to the other stores I visited earlier. Would highly recommend their professional service.
