    AVIOD THIS LOCATION!! I went into this Verizon store to open a new account and purchase products. Instead of a straightforward service experience, I was questioned and quizzed on why I was opening an account and who I intended to purchase products for. The questioning felt unnecessary, intrusive, and made me uncomfortable. I understand basic verification questions, but this went beyond what was required to provide service and came across as interrogative rather than helpful. Because of this, the experience felt unprofessional and discouraging. Customers should not feel judged or pressured to justify their personal purchasing decisions when seeking service. After being told I would need to call a number for further assistance, I was told to have a nice day and left the store. A few minutes later, the employee came outside and approached my vehicle, asking if I wanted to come back inside for further assistance. Given that it had already been made clear that they were not going to assist me further, this interaction felt confusing and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience did not feel professional or welcoming. I hope this location reviews how customer interactions are handled, especially when it comes to limiting questions to what is actually necessary and respecting personal boundaries.

    My wife and I went in to merge our accounts and upgrade our phones. The reps were unable to help us merge accounts and gave us a number to call. While my wife was on the phone trying to merge our accounts they upgraded my phone. But since it wasn’t in stock they have to ship it. After my wife was on the phone with customer service for over 15 minutes, the phone rep said we couldn’t merge accounts because there was an equipment upgrade on my account. The in store rep said she didn’t know and ”we were all learning together” what do I need to learn? I don’t work for Verizon. You should know this as an employee! Will never go back to this store.
