I take care of a gentleman, who is bed ridden and had to bring his phone out to make sure it was hooked up right and get a screen saver, and she took care of everything, it was beautiful! I can't think her enough for her kindness and you don't always get that every day. And I had gone to another Verizon store that wasn't so nice. So this one definitely worth coming out here for and would come back again.

Instead of a straightforward service experience, I was questioned and quizzed on why I was opening an account and who I intended to purchase products for. The questioning felt unnecessary, intrusive, and made me uncomfortable. I understand basic verification questions, but this went beyond what was required to provide service and came across as interrogative rather than helpful. Because of this, the experience felt unprofessional and discouraging. Customers should not feel judged or pressured to justify their personal purchasing decisions when seeking service. After being told I would need to call a number for further assistance, I was told to have a nice day and left the store. A few minutes later, the employee came outside and approached my vehicle, asking if I wanted to come back inside for further assistance. Given that it had already been made clear that they were not going to assist me further, this interaction felt confusing and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience did not feel professional or welcoming. I hope this location reviews how customer interactions are handled, especially when it comes to limiting questions to what is actually necessary and respecting personal boundaries.
