    My wife and I went in to merge our accounts and upgrade our phones. The reps were unable to help us merge accounts and gave us a number to call. While my wife was on the phone trying to merge our accounts they upgraded my phone. But since it wasn’t in stock they have to ship it. After my wife was on the phone with customer service for over 15 minutes, the phone rep said we couldn’t merge accounts because there was an equipment upgrade on my account. The in store rep said she didn’t know and ”we were all learning together” what do I need to learn? I don’t work for Verizon. You should know this as an employee! Will never go back to this store.

    I was promised three months free for switching. Guess who’s had TWO bills? I’m waiting on customer service to see what they can do but after reading other reviews, I’m not getting my money back.

    I went in there to get my father-in-law's phone disconnected.Cause he passed away two months ago and it was really a pain trying to get things taken care of

    iPhone 17 , series 11 I watch My wife loves her watch and daughter loves her phone. Wife loves the fact she can take picture through phone with watch my daughter needed a phone, my wife wanted a watch. It's not cracked and the screen turns on when she presses it, lol. Aaron was amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure everything worked as it should before my family left the store A++ all the help I received although the manager a tad bit rude to my liking. It was a amazing time would do again just steer clear of the manager
