Please put your phone down and provide the assistance they need. Telling an elderly customer to call Customer Service instead of helping them in person is not appropriate. They deserve patience and proper support while in the store.

Asia set up a new plan and ripped me off by saying i "refused " a free phone that was associated with my new account I purchased. the current phone i brought her apparently wasn't compatible SO WHY WOULDN'T I WANT THE NEW PHONE SO I COULD ACTUALLY MAKE CALLS. She told management that i refused a free new phone aside from mine multiple times.... id think if my phone didn't work that the new phone that i was suppose to get for free, would. She told me on the phone directly "you didn't ask for the free phone". pathetic and disgraceful. Trash people. CRICKET IS GARBAGE AND A RIP OFF. pay more for other providers.
