They kept offering a dog speaker for some reason.... I lied and told them I was a cat person, but I do prefer dogs, as shown below. I give them 5 out of 5. Shout out to the girl who was only a week in for having to deal with a bad customer

Asia set up a new plan and ripped me off by saying i "refused " a free phone that was associated with my new account I purchased. the current phone i brought her apparently wasn't compatible SO WHY WOULDN'T I WANT THE NEW PHONE SO I COULD ACTUALLY MAKE CALLS. She told management that i refused a free new phone aside from mine multiple times.... id think if my phone didn't work that the new phone that i was suppose to get for free, would. She told me on the phone directly "you didn't ask for the free phone". pathetic and disgraceful. Trash people. CRICKET IS GARBAGE AND A RIP OFF. pay more for other providers.
