- WRWill RJan 19, 20181.0I am really sick and tired of you never having enough staff to deal with your known battery issue. 3 hours to diagnose what I show visually demonstrate in 5 min by simply turning my gps on with bring plug into a charger is insane. I have tried walking in 3 different days and times only to have the place swarming with people. At some point you need to realize this is a mass problem and just fix it already. Or at least hire enough staff to deal with it.
