  It’s rather off putting when the tech repair company has computers that are also broken and malfunctioning. Horrid experience. With the price for diagnosis that find no resolution or provide any other solution than a factory reset, you are better off buying a new device. Waited over 45 minutes to pick up a device that was unable to be fixed.

  They don't have anyone in house to fix the problem they have to send my computer out.

  Took my computer in because i cant get windowsbto install on my new ssd. Got a call an hour later because "the screen started flickering" somethin lg it has never done before. Go back to the store and the screen works uust fine... Hmm, seems like a lazy technician to me.
