The staff is extremely helpful they know their stuff. When I had a problem with a discrepancy on my bill the girl there looked it up instantly seeing it was wrong. Making multiple calls to various people until she was able to get it taken care of. She never lost patience and didn’t give up until it was handled. You are more than a number here and it shows!

Due to an outage at North Anna & the New Amazon Data Center the towers are totally over whelmed & the signal is terrible. So Matt, Kim & Sean the Manager all did an amazing job to help me get sorted with a Jetpack wifi booster. Thanks for being such a helpful team.
