I went there for just a simple new charger for my tablet, and I walked out with a new Verizon gateway device, which was a complete upgrade from the Jetpack hotspot I had. There was a promotion going on with the Verizon gateway device. And that also gave me a brand new TV that will be shipped to me in a couple of weeks. He was extremely helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable.
