It's putting sales reps in a terrible situation. If it's not the store manager (hopefully not) initiating this, they need to know what's going on and set it straight. First time in decades with the company someone comes unsolicited to the door, and it's 9PM at that? Talking about my account? That is actually unsafe for the employees. Please do not do that so them. Verizon corporate needs to monitor Victra better, because according to a rep I just spoke with at their call center, a supervisor advised they wouldn't authorize this, especially since they don't allow call backs after 8PM. Uphold your agreement as a third party retailer and treat your people, and the public, better, please.
