Do not come to this store! Run don’t walk to another cell phone provider! Came to replace an old phone and receive a newer version. One month later noticed inflated bill. Verizon Specialist Elijah in store added another line without our consent and new device payment is not what was agreed upon. Everything was scribbled on a form by him. Called Verizon and no record of what Elijah promised. Still cleaning up mess! Crooks!

Got there early. 2nd person.. still had to wait 30 minutes. Slow service. Manager just walks around and signs people up. Need people on the floor. People after had to wait hours.
