    Refused to let us start a phone plan because we looked young. Jokes on her she lost out on a sale. We went to another location on hull street and they were 100x better

    Went in to turn my phone in today, wiped it when I got in the store and then went to get checked in and an older lady asked me if I had been checked in yet and I said no and I had a turn in. She said give her one second to check in another customer then she’d get to me, then she’d proceeded to check in 2 other people. Then she went in the back to help the 2nd person, and came back and told me that I was actually the second person who needed a turn in and went to find him. Came back and said she couldn’t find him and that I would be next for sure after she checked in one more customer. They needed a Spanish speaking worker so she went and got one and then never came back out to help me. The Spanish speaking worker then asked me if I needed help and got me out of there in under 3 minutes. She was very nice, the older lady made me wait 10x longer than I should have by helping people who just walked in while I had been waiting for almost 20 minutes

    The salesperson I worked with today was absolutely magnificent — professional, helpful, and patient. Unfortunately, the manager’s behavior ruined the experience. The manager kept interrupting our session repeatedly, asking the same questions over and over, and steering the conversation toward pushing me into buying new lines. My time is valuable, and this behavior was repulsive and unacceptable. To make matters worse, my phone upgrades were denied, even though I saw other customers walking out with the exact models I had requested. It felt like I was begging just to give them my money. What’s more concerning is the atmosphere in the store. The sales reps looked anxious whenever managers approached them, almost scared to speak. It makes me wonder what kind of pressure or punishment they face if they don’t follow orders. Poor guys. Other carriers will be happy to take my business if this is how Verizon chooses to treat loyal customers.

    Horrible costumer service and every verizon person i have ever felt with just lies to get your business but the people in this store went over the top telling us it would be $171 a month but the bill has been over $300 every month so far and to call you stay on hold for a really long time for them just to say they can't help this month but next month it will be fixed because the person that set the account up added extra lines and gave us the wrong plan and everything, but the next month it's the same. Horrible customer service I have never liked verizon because they lie so much and I wish I wouldn't have gave them another chance, nothing has changed in 10 years
