Seirra was amazing when I went to Verizon to get my phone. She was extremely helpful, patient, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Her customer service was outstanding, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. The rest of the staff was also amazing—friendly, professional, and welcoming—which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend asking for Seirra if you go to this Verizon location!

I ordered a new s25+ online to be picked up at the store for my fiancé. They gave us an already opened box with a cracked phone. Sadly we didnt notice the crack until we got home, so we went back up to the store the next day for an exchange but they refused and claimed there were no scratches on the phone before we left the store. When I asked why we were given an already opened box when we bought the phone, the lady said "sometimes we open them in stock." -which is completely against policy. When you buy a new phone, it must be factory sealed when you pick it up.
They told us to go to the UBreakIFix store in Roanoke, which we reluctantly did as they refused any exchange or refund. The screen got fixed, but guess what we found out from the repair guy? Martinsville Verizon gave us a USED phone that was activated over a month before we got it (as we suspected). Don't get your new phones here- just have them shipped to your house! Calling customer support got is the exchange we needed.
TLDR: DO NOT TRUST THE MARTINSVILLE VERIZON STORE!
