When the govt. was shut down, he went above and beyond his duties to assist my elderly father in using his phone to verify his identity and retrieve important documents. We had been trying to do this for two days and he came through for us. We are incredibly grateful for his patience, perseverance and kindness to my father who truly needed assistance.
