    Verizon customer for 14 years - went there for a router problem and within less than a min speaking with a assoc, another one with green hair approached and joined conversation. He spoke to my wife and I with the rudest and disrespectful tone Ive experienced in any store in my life. Not going to be treated like that so we left and went to fair oak store which was a good experience. Because of this we just signed up with ATT this weekend to replace all services and will be canceling Verizon services. I look forward to sharing experience with corporate customer service when canceling. Store owner - I see we weren’t the only ones with this experience, might be time for some staff changes unless you enjoy losing business - wish you the best

    How do I remove the 1 star? That’s too much praise for this dumpster fire of a customer service center. Rudest VZW store I’ve ever been to…bar none. No acknowledgment or greeting of any kind. Workers look up with a “I hate my life” look on their face. And maybe they do, but that’s not my problem. When team members outnumber customers you’d think they’d have time for a “Hey, how ya doin?,” but nope, they walk around and do their best to ignore you. Then, when you say, “hey ma’am/sir”..or “excuse me”, it’s eye roll city like I’d expect from the DMV. And all I had to do was drop off a trade. “What’s the phone number?”, well, I’m fine, thanks for asking. If I ran that place I’d fire everyone in there and start over. Maybe just shudder the building and leave it there to rot. That way the outside of the store would match the ambiance inside. Do better Verizon.

    I walked in here today with Verizon the employer said we don't know I asked them what's going on you know you guys can look it up faster than what we can he says there's nothing I could do for you and I said to them well I'm losing money and the gentleman said so what well that's the last time they see me at that store

    Rebekah did an amazing job with the upgrade. Me and my mom were helped in a timely manner on a super busy sunday night right before closing. Rebekah deserved that raise !!! Go see her if you need an upgrade or new service she's going to get you right !!!

    I recently purchased the new Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max as a Christmas gift for my daughter and visited the Verizon Corporate store in Manassas, VA after calling 611 for guidance on returning the old device for my upgrade credit. I was told I could either mail the phone via UPS or return it at a corporate location. Unfortunately, my first in‑store experience at the Manassas, VA location on 12/30/25 was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the facility, there were no greeters or direction for assistance. It took a good while before someone approached me and asked my purpose for the visit. The entire process took about an hour, and I was passed between representatives, including being placed on the phone with another rep who informed me that I had to mail the phone in to receive my trade-in value. When I requested a return box, the rep who brought it out told me he had already attempted to assemble it twice and would not attempt a third time. He instructed me to read the directions and assemble it myself. As I began doing so, he eventually took the box back and assembled it correctly while I watched. I applied the UPS label, packaged the phone, and left the store feeling dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and customer care. I ultimately went to a nearby UPS Store and successfully shipped the device, hoping to receive the $800+ trade‑in value I was promised. As a Verizon customer for over 25 years, and a former employee of 15 years, I expect a much higher standard of service. This experience was unacceptable and reflects an area where significant improvement is needed.
