    Rebekah did an amazing job with the upgrade. Me and my mom were helped in a timely manner on a super busy sunday night right before closing. Rebekah deserved that raise !!! Go see her if you need an upgrade or new service she's going to get you right !!!

    I recently purchased the new Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max as a Christmas gift for my daughter and visited the Verizon Corporate store in Manassas, VA after calling 611 for guidance on returning the old device for my upgrade credit. I was told I could either mail the phone via UPS or return it at a corporate location. Unfortunately, my first in‑store experience at the Manassas, VA location on 12/30/25 was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the facility, there were no greeters or direction for assistance. It took a good while before someone approached me and asked my purpose for the visit. The entire process took about an hour, and I was passed between representatives, including being placed on the phone with another rep who informed me that I had to mail the phone in to receive my trade-in value. When I requested a return box, the rep who brought it out told me he had already attempted to assemble it twice and would not attempt a third time. He instructed me to read the directions and assemble it myself. As I began doing so, he eventually took the box back and assembled it correctly while I watched. I applied the UPS label, packaged the phone, and left the store feeling dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and customer care. I ultimately went to a nearby UPS Store and successfully shipped the device, hoping to receive the $800+ trade‑in value I was promised. As a Verizon customer for over 25 years, and a former employee of 15 years, I expect a much higher standard of service. This experience was unacceptable and reflects an area where significant improvement is needed.

    Inventory has been incorrect several times. Corporate placed an order for an exchange I was working on for months. Management is awful and needs to get there act together and stop wasting customer’s time. Came in to pickup a iphone 17 pro and was told they are not in stock after having the order CONFIRMED through corporate.

    Bro, are you kidding me? I recorded everything he said, including the price he promised. The amount on my bill is nowhere near what he agreed to—it’s completely dishonest. I told him I’m in the military and that we don’t make that kind of money. I came here because of all the ads claiming affordable, family-friendly pricing, but instead they overcharged me and didn’t care at all. I have proof of everything, and if this isn’t fixed, I will hire a lawyer. I sent all convention to my company do not call me if they put some good reviews after listing that convention. Good Luck 👍

    I am writing after listing all voice record from my solider who sever this country got ripped off from this place. Very bad experience with Verizon because of the sales agent Enrique Lordan. He promised me $25 per line for 4 lines, but after buying the phones and checking his bill, being charged around $55 per line plus almost $300 in activation fees. Nothing he said matched the actual bill. He was not honest about what he was selling. I even have a voice recording of what he promised. This feels misleading and unprofessional.
